If this is for the “Attunement of Control” tree, then those aren’t unlocked from points but rather by actually getting kills with the abilities.

Ok. To unlock chaos reach, you need to earn a “Seed of Light” from the following sources (if you haven’t already on your warlock): 1. Vision mission during Forsaken story campaign. 2. Tier 2/3 blind well. 3. Oracle offering during strongest curse week (next week, then every 3rd week) when using offering to visit Queen realm & opening chest. 4. Opening encounter (Kalli) of Last Wish raid.
