Not going to try even based off of the videos of the mission I've seen. Just like the Whisper I will never be able to get this done.

Just find a good team. My friend and I always do missions together a third rando we find That’s how I did whisper and that’s how I did Outbreak :)

I used an lfg group and it wasn’t hard after figuring out all the jumping puzzles it isn’t bad.
