That's what it currently does.

But, it can. It's going to become a 150 and get 150 damage. It'll 3 tap still. The fact it can 2 head / 1 body with Howl being changed to body shot damage for the bonus just makes it more consistent. "Did you miss the head and hit his shoulder? Well now he's dead still."

No remain a 180 but it has to be 3 headshots, before you could hit 2 headshots and a body shot and it would kill.
