Zavala didn't wanna get revenge on Uldrun and he'll probably be the one to let Uldrun be the hunter vanguard and he'll resurrect Cayde and make him Cayde-7 even though Cayde doesn't want it.

Isn't it like exo's have a reboot system and if they die its a failsafe which would send them to enclidus which would have them fight waves of their friends and thats how they reboot I think.

The reboot is just a memory wipe. What you’re thinking of is the Deep Stone Crypt, a dream where exos fight everyone they’ve ever seen. If an exo dies, they stay dead.
