I believe Mithras stands the greatest chance. Variks would be good, but his standing with the Guardians is not that great. Eramis is only trying to rebuild the House of Devils. Mithrax is rebuilding the Fallen so that they can be allied with the City (hint hint wink wink the Traveler).
