Movies and TV shows will be easy, just be certain that you watch them in the proper chronological order.
The games will be a challenge, I have no clue on the number of them and their lengths/difficulties.
Books? Impossible, you. Would have to set aside every last facet of your existence and devot it all to reading, adopt 1000+ words per minute reading speed, and the comprehension of the gods, and you'll still have to find them all.
And as with any story, start at the beginning, follow the chronological order, and DONT SKIP ANYTHING!!!

I think he is only going to read canon books. Not Legends. It’s taken me about 6 years to read it and I still have 4 books to go.

No, it’s taking place during the Empire. It’s a completely new character, although he is in some kind of Bounty Hunting guild with some familiar faces.
