Crimson Days showing is a known issue.
When did you complete/turn-in the last Xur bounty?

I played the first weeks bounty when it was first available. And then it was never available again. I have Destiny 2 on Playstation and am not having this issue. For some reason my Xbox will not give me the full game experience

Well if you completed the last bounty after weekly reset, then you won’t see the current bounty. This is bugged & is expected to be fixed in the upcoming update.

That I’m not sure of. It’s likely semi-low on their priority list since it’s just visual & doesn’t affect any actual gameplay/quests.
