How will the Senate and Chancellorship change if you become president?

The Senate would hold elections inbetween presidential elections to vote on who will be a senator. The Chancellor would function as the third in line to the presidency. The Senate would conduct meetings monthly to discuss policy and could convene on matters if necessary in a time of crisis. For example, the Senate would now decide whether or not Off-topic is in a war and if the Grand Army should get involved or not
