Where’s the communication from Bungie?
Do they not have the cojones to talk to their community from behind a screen?
They were doing good for awhile there.

People have proven time & again that convenience is more important than customer service. That's why 90% of the shit you eat has a bunch of hazardous chemicals & high fructose corn syrup in it, & you don't care. In fact, companies that prioritize their customers over themselves stand out more when they manage longstanding success because there's so few of them.
