It wouldn't be too bad. I chose light-weight frame on purpose. None of that precision frame crap. Sick of dust rocks. The goal of the shotgun one was to let it act more like a clean up tool if they start moving out of its effective range. Of course it could still be fired with after the perk is active to hit targets at a bit longer range, but it at least has to consume ammo beforehand to do it, which is fairly balanced for shotgun standards. Trust me, I'm tired of shotguns too, but it's really the only place a shotgun besides the typical ep shotty and threat level would be used, unless it was bat-shit broken.
