Starting the business in the first place. There is no technical laws here, but if I can't complain about a bank in a bank post then former criminals shouldn't be allowed to form business that exclude police, sell dangerous animals, or sell food products

As for our past affiliation with the outlaws, we assisted the Toaster in the Sierra Madre Heist. Charges were not pressed. Edit: looking backwards into the old Outlaw chat, no former member of the Outlaws assisted Toaster on the raid of Site OT.
