No it’s halved, you get twice as many points for winning or losing so it’s the equivalent to 2250 being the max

It’s only halved on wins, it’s doubled on losses. All it changed is how fast you can reach the point thresholds assuming you don’t lose. If you don’t lose you don’t need a change to points.

Yeah, but I feel like the double points loss doesn't really hurt anyone. If you are going to get to 2100 or 5500, you are getting there in half the time (double win points). If you cant make it to 2100/5500, the double losses didn't hurt you extra because it was offset by the wins (basically if you weren't going to make it before, you aren't making it after the glory point buff).

That’s a fair point, But for people who average less than a 60% w/l it’s not a huge difference. Plus they still have to play against Luna’s and such along the way. Even with the changes, they still have to win and progress,

That’s also part of the reason comp is doing poorly. I think after a few seasons they should become more obtainable for less skilled players. Doesn’t make my achievement feel less worthwhile

You’d rather alienate 75% of the paying player base? I have news for you. My clan used to be half pvp and half pve. All the pve players would play pvp after they did everything until the next dlc came out. I’m the only one left out of the 30-40 we once had. You can take your worthless first place metal and melt it down for scrap metal because this game is about ready for the junk yard.
