I’ve been a solo player since I first picked up vanilla D2. Group play for someone who is primarily solo can be a nerve wracking experience. I finally got to the point in D2 where if I wanted to progress at all I’m going to need help and after looking over all the clan posts I landed here and I’m glad I did. As soon as I signed up I had a bunch of people welcoming me aboard. Clan chat is fun and if you have questions they are answered. My first few games with the clan were in iron banner and it entirely changed the experience for me. Quickplay, Comp, and IB were all tasks be be finished but running with these guys makes it actual fun again.
I’ve helped members grind gambit and they’re helping me get reps in Comp and practice up for my push to Luna’s. Last night I was getting advice on holding a lane and getting props for my shots. This goes a long way towards drawing this solo player out of his shell. I’ve got kids and I play right at their bedtime so I don’t always like to chat a lot. Waking up junior guardians is a no go so I don’t contribute as much on ingame chat/banter. I let them know this and I expected to catch a little flak for that since mics are important. Instead they respected that and are cool about it. Clan admins and leadership keep things organized and have a great schedule of stuff lined up to keep things going and get people into activities. Not great at raids? There’s a Sherpa raid for you. Raid vet and already know what’s up? Hit up the Vet raids. Need help in comp like me? Teams are getting organized. Need a hand running a quest? Post it up in clan chat and you’ll have help as soon as people can. Sorry about the wall of text/formatting as I’m on mobile.
TL:DR Former solo finds good clan, run by good guys, and has a good time. I’m glad I spoke up and requested a spot at the table.

Such a better service. I mean, it costs more, but the quality of this post is like it was written by an actual person.
