Let me tell you in plain words why i think Hunter is most played.
As a warlock and titan you float during your jump... when you float you are a target and an easy one at that.... that is for me the biggest reason. Then you get the dodge-reload reason... rift and a barrier can do the same, just not as quick and you die while attempting to lay down a rift more then not.
I think that explains Hunters being the dominant class in PvP.
-The duration of the Mark of Vengeance has been reduced from 15 seconds to 8 seconds
-The way players refill health after a successful kill has changed. Before, it restored all of your health and the overshield refilled over time. Now, the health refills over time alongside the overshield. This should give a leg up when encountering situations where multiple people are fighting one person with the One-Eyed Mask equipped.
-Vengeance will no longer trigger for players in Super. This was making Supers far too potent.
Now to OEM. When you nerf a hunter mask that "only" starts heal on dodge because its OP how can you not nerf a mask that gets an instant overshield, heal and extra damage?During a super that makes you pretty much invincible, i've seen a Titan survive 3 golden gun shots because he make a kill after the 2nd hit. You may feel it's unfair, yet you should admit this was incoming from the day they introduced it. And it's partly thanks to all the ppl who asked for a nerf on Worm Husk Crown. (and i agree with both nerfs being fair and needed in PvP) If you are unlucky they did the same as WHC and 1 hit stops the regen....
As to the time nerf, they nerfed the time your assailant is marked (when you can see him trough walls) yet your bonus damage on the marked target stayed the same. They now start regen of shield and health at the same time, just like how they nerfed WHC.
They are not listening to just one class.. but the community or did you think by kissing ass with your Nova Warp sympathy comment warlocks would ignore the imbalance of the OEM? Well since you are "teabagging" somebody i would not be suprised if you did....

I agree with your first part. Allthough I would still bring in the supers tbh... quickplay is somehow like skirmish these days... but in comp on smaller maps with gamemodes where ppl have to stack, super is a gamechanger. Your second part is also fine, but I didnt want the hunter mask to be nerfed. Your example (sentinel shield golden gun) will not happen that often and the mask has an internal cooldown, it will mark but it will not trigger health/shield/overshield. Also the mask doesn't give bonus dmg for the marked target afaik. It gives bonus dmg after you killed it. Tbh I was never the one teabagging first. I am teambagging after getting teabagged in comp and still won. But there has to be salt in the thread!

Ah, well now i feel busted, i don't use my titan enough to know it did not increase on a marked enemy, but after you activated the perk. I don't know the cooldown setting on the perk, but its not that long going by my experience in crucible... for instance 10 sec cooldown would still roughly be every fight you get into... but again i'm on the receiving end of OEM most of the time.
Tbh I was never the one teabagging first. I am teambagging after getting teabagged in comp and still won. But there has to be salt in the thread!
Well when someone teabags me, it is frustrating. Frustrating there are such smallminded people in the community... I don't know what they try to convey with teabagging, since apparently it is done for all sorts of reasons and at times they feel it is fitting. But i think i have a job as a grown-up to not be juvenile in my online behaviour. Especially when it only shows how low my self asteem is or how big my need for selfconfirmation i'm the best. If you are good at something others will tell you, you are. If you need to tell it to others... you're just kidding yourself, they already know you are not.

agreed to all. i guess the internal cooldown is about 4-5sec or sth. It is for sure the best you can use. But they still should check out some stats and start lowering some numbers. I guess the Insurmountable Skullfort will be a good option after shotgun changes but I don't prefer the playstyle. And nobody wants to see titans skating and shoulderbashing every 2 seconds.

well as far as i understand they increased damage in shotties and decreased range little bit. If the range nerf is big enough to matter, we will have to experience when they implement it.
