The codes are for the wrong emblem. It's for Carrahe, I believe, so if you have that already, that's why it says it's already redeemed. Bungie is looking into it, but you can try contacting the manufacturer (The Coop) for a replacement code.

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe but it showed the Little Light emblem and so I thought for sure I was getting a new emblem I didn't have.
