They didn't even make it an exotic ghost - that gives 10% XP infamy for Gambit, Gambit Loot pool weapon telemetry, Infamy increases on winning streaks etc

Probably because all the no lifers used the exotic Sagira shell on Mercury to get thousands of mats by running in a circle all day because it was actually useful. Those 5 people pop up on their stats and they sit there and go, well their all earning to many mats or stuff thanks to that good idea. Then never do it again.
