Starlight..? Isn’t that the one you get at Twilight Town? I don’t remember needing a code for it.

You can get one from downloading a d playing KH Union Cross on mobile. You have to get a cumulatively score in some of the old school mini games. I wouldn't mind doing this, but Im not able to get access to the game at the moment. You can also get it in game by defeating an endgame boss I believe. Not sure on that last part.

Its a magic version of the Kingdom Key. Maxed stats are 9 and 9. Just did a bot of research and apparently you get it during the campaign. You can play the mobile mini games to get it early though.
