Handling mods for armor, Hunter has dragon shadow and lucky pants that shortens the animation greatly.

I use perk on my gear based on the weapons I use. Trust me it's some kind of a bug. It only happens to me coming out of supers n from landing from a jump. Doesn't happen all the time but I've noticed it . Didn't happen at all in year 1 and early on in forsaken

Yeah it’s bugged. You can’t cancel the reload animation.
