More entitled nonsense.
This is D2 and what's coming is the D2 version. Your'e not 're-paying' for anything.
You people twist the story to make it look like you have a real argument when all you have is hot air.

We are actually buying last word twice We bought it in vanilla d1 and now again. They basically stripped us of our old gear to resell it back Hardlight Mida Suros Last word Telesto Ace of spades Queenbreaker Lord of wolves Sleeper Chaperone Jade rabbit Not even getting into the armor Also to a degree Crimson - red death copy Riskrunner - zhalo supercell copy These are all repurchased exotics, you may take that lying down and make excuses for bungie but theres no denying that's a scumbag tactic - when they wipe the vault again in d3 and sell these stuff for the 3rd time maybe people will finally have enough of being stepped on.

Nah dude. If thunderlord can come back for free so should the last word. Dont call it entitlement because these stupid lock quests for guns are diminishing the player base. Its a lose lose situation - either they are gonna put these quests in order for us to have the incentive to buy the annual pass at the expense of lowering the player base. I guess i can understand your logic I mean u buy a burger once you wont get the same burger for free. Same concept here but I didnt grind 30+ hours for that burger

Edited by X-LoganX: 1/29/2019 9:05:35 PMNah dude. It's a business and there's a demand. You're acting like this puts you in the poor house. Entitled.

Edited by PRIME_-LeGEND: 1/29/2019 4:49:44 PMSure. Just remember that u paid 40 bucks for forsaken and another 60 or something for trash expansions. U paid more than the base game for expansions that didnt even double the content of the original. Lol Consumers are so easy to be tricked its hilarious.

Edited by X-LoganX: 1/29/2019 4:56:16 PMAnd Entitled ignorance is so easy to be wrong because you're uneducated. Your math is trash and just spreading mis-information to try and be right. I fear for the future when people like you spread their trash entitlement. At least this is just a game and not about something more profound. LoL. In "University" with not real job yet. Fully functional GenZ entitlement in play here folks.

"entitled ignorance" will save you a couple of bucks down the road. Calling me uneducated.
"university" with no real job.
imbecile. Do you not understand what full time studies means? It means studying full time with a job on the side to pay for food and shit. You couldn't possible achieve >90 grades with a full time job.
-
LoL. You didn't even get what I meant. Not talking about your "part time' job. Talking about real world job experience. You're still a kid in school trying to look real world educated telling a bunch of gaming forum people how misled we are. Get some real world experience before pulling that shit. 'Maybe' then you'd have some credibility. Been gaming and dealing with gaming development, in various degrees, since the late '90s. Were you even born yet? I'm in my career for almost 20 years now and that was after changing vocations after 10 years in that one. I'm pretty confident I have a better view on 'value' than you do. Especially game related. (OK I'll dial back) Look. I can respect that you are doing what you need to do to get through school so you can eventually provide for yourself, your Family, society, etc. 1 thing you need to learn is value is subjective. To sit here and tell people that they're people too much for something OR that they're paying for this whole 'recycled content' BS is not going to get you anywhere with anyone. It's simply you're opinion and that's ok, but as you can see already you've already gone to Zero upvotes. It's not a popular view.

Edited by PRIME_-LeGEND: 1/29/2019 5:45:52 PMMaybe i should have rephrased my post to get away from the Me and I part of entitlement. But, under the economic point of view the opportunity cost of working irl rather than grinding destiny for the last word is much more than the value of the last word in d2 at all. Maybe they should at least decrease the price to increase the quantity of annual passes demanded. I and many others think that it is just too expensive. Your choice is your choice but I'm glad we had this debate. If they could make us pay for the quest itself for less than the annual pass than that would be something of interest

There we go. I'm glad I got (what I hope is) the real you finally. As someone with a Full time career job, Family with 2 kids (who both play Destiny), I feel the pain of the current grind requirements. I can only play about 10-15 hours a week max. It's really this alone that has me debating how long I can play this game. It's changed to the point where the time investment alone is not valuable to me with what I can get out of it. However, if they want to 'bring back' a version of a popular D1 exotic I have no issue if it's part of a DLC or not and I still question the idea that it's locked behind anything. This game isn't a monthly subscription model BUT continued content still revolves around a continued income stream whether that's annual passes or Eververse. If you want to continue playing the content that's released you need to have some level of 'paying into it'.

But..... you bought Black Armory so...... 🤷♂️
