Good but have everything except for the melee ability buff...
It’s already superior to throwing knife aka the original throwable...

This was a post for Code of the Devastator as a whole, which won't include abilities from a separate class. I've wanted buffs for both since I tried the throwing hammer at Forsaken's release. I know their pain now.
