I prefer kill clip.
Get 1 kill then I have about 3 seconds to move around before reloading to proc kill clip.
Plus without a reload perk I can extend the time before engaging another person.
The amount of distance you can cover in that timeframe is rather hefty.

Hmm I hadn’t bothered to find out how long you actually had before reloading to still get it to proc. I just assumed you had to reload right after. However, I still think that rampage allows you to better continue the fight and engage another enemy with a damage advantage
