How many rampages do you need to equal 1 kill clip? 2x rampage = 1x kill clip? How many rampages do you need to turn bygones into a 2 burst?

Pretty sure one Rampage stack is enough to make Bygones 2-burst.

Really? If that's the case i would say Rampage>>Kill clip, no doubt.

I think it may be situational but I would rather have bygones with rampage because I feel like I can generate more kills in a crowd and I don’t have to worry about reloading
