Your DxDiag indicates you keep receiving the error: MpTelemetry HardeningTelemetryDisableAS.
Long story short, you may want to disable your Windows Defender, and/or make sure that it isn't blocking Destiny 2.

Ah, so I just realized that the game probably isn't crashing, but just locking the computer. Strange. Nah don't bother I've tried this many times I even bought new PC and game is still freezing.

I found on forum of different Blizzard game the same issue... they lowered clockspeed of gpu and it worked so i tried it. I lowered my Vega freq from 1600MHz to 1200MHz, set lower render resolution of the game to get 60fps + and it works... Idk why or how but.. :D My gpu doesnt overheating at full load at stock speed (furmark under 70C) but the game is not freezing now. I hope it will not... Squanchy what GPU do you have?

Try to set profile for Destiny 2. Would be strange if it will work on Nvidia too but maybe... I didnt overclock Vega but lowering stock speed (or powersaving mode works...) I tested it only once for 1,5-2 hours... So maybe its only coincidence...
