Maybe the skiff was just a houseless fallen's skiff that they painted blue

The only houseless Fallen we know of are the members of the Kell‘s Scourge and Spider‘s mafia. None of them are seen using blue Skiffs. A new houseless group would be interesting though...

But there's other houseless fallen that just roam and survive, granted we never see any and tbh the ones who did that either died or joined dusk when it formed but it's just a thought[spoiler]also the grimore (I think) that I'm referencing implys most of these fallen walk alone or in very small crews, so idk if a skiff would be necessary unless the came to the edz from another planet or something[/spoiler]
