sounds like a really good idea and I would put money on it happening eventually seeing as how the fallen are become much more friendly to us overall. the banner would probably either a symbol of the city and a fallen symbol together or one of the old house symbols. and the ether production could easily be increased massively with the resources of the city being put towards building more servitors, though there would still have to be ether rationing so that they wouldn't grow to tall we'd only want them all as big as a captain at most so that we wouldn't have to remake all of the infrastructure to accommodate larger and larger fallen.
