Nope it has been recorded dropping from izanagi and gofannon for individuals and that's it.
You can get jotuun from there though.

I can confirm that Le Monarque also has an existing drop rate in Volundr. I’m not sure how high it is, but I got mine from there surprisingly so there is a chance there too.

I got le monarque from the bergusia last night. Was surprised as I previously thought the same as you.

Sounds like it’s more likely from the other two, but I got mine from Volundr on the weekend. I was helping a friend carry his under levelled dad through and it was a nice little bonus for completing
