I have an OLED, pretty much the best that money can buy, and in HDR, destiny two is unplayable. Any other game with HDR support looks wonderful.

I high end Sony 4K LED TV. Not as good as a OLED of course but not one you would turn your nose up too either. And it's only this game with this particular problem.
