Edit: We're aware of this issue and are investigating.
Players are encouraged to not use their Obsidian Crystals or Forge Keys until this issue has been resolved.

I have the same issue inserted the key nothing happen still says butterfly lock is still locked

I had the same issue today. Ran izanami about 3-5 times and inserted probably 4 keys with a key mold quest active but the mysterious box butterfly lock still won’t unlock.

I have this issue now with the butterfly lock. I got the key, insert it, but the lock doesnt open. Ran izanami forge again and got a new key, but the same thing happened. The lock does not open

Also had this happen to me today. Ran it twice. Both keys failed to work.

Hi yes that happened to me today, I had the key mold quest active and today was the inzanami forge so i ran it to get the butterfly key but it still says incomplete, why haven't you guys fixed this yet, also do i just have to wait for you guys to fix this bug in order to complete the quest?
