Thanks, and agree. I'm in the market research field and these are the types of problems we help our clients solve. In many cases what we find when there is a negative response to something a client expected their customers to like its because there was a gap between customer expectations and reality, which is the worst thing you can do as a vendor of good and services. The first rule of customer service is Under Promise and Over Deliver. This is a case of Bungie promising content by the expectations they set through the other BA releases and providing a release date, and then Under Delivering on those expectations they set. This is a classic marketing blunder.
