Has anybody tried deleting the quest and then obtaining on their alt? Haven’t tried it yet but hope it works

Yes I had accepted the quest on a character without the crappy RNG bounty and thought hell I doubt I will get another one so worth trying to delete the quest and see if I can get the quest again on my other chracter it does not work... It seems once you accept it thats it you account is marked as having it and you cannot get it on alts.
