The cube let's you take a unique property on a weapon/armor/jewelry basically for free. So you get 3 extra legendary skills.
I'm pretty sure every class can do well enough to reach around 100 greater rift or so, think it changes pretty much every patch or season. I'm excited for the season, automatically gives you the ring of royal grandeur power so you essentially get a free ring slot.
