Don’t think there are any rewards in the current state of the game to interest me in helping new people raid consistently. I only do it if I have time and 3 other experienced players.

Don't blame you one bit. Taking multiple newbs through a Raid can be both frustrating and unrewarding for all involved.

Not really. Cosmetics don’t matter to me. Powerful gear doesn’t either since max light is very easy and haven’t done half of my rewards since black armory. Exotics are mostly trash and not needed since content is too easy with random garbage rolled stuff.
