The Drifter isn’t a Dredgen. He was with the Shadows for a time, but he left them and now he’s working on making his own little group to kill Shin.

Oh ok, whys he got a beef with Shin, still carrying over stuff from the shadows? And my main question remains unanswered, how many shadows still remain?

None or very few shadows remain (most likely)

Cuz he’s scared. He don’t really got beef, he just scared cuz shin killed everybody who was in the shadows group, which he technically wasn’t part of but still hanged around with.

He’s got beef with Shin because Shin’s hunting down Shadows. Killing each one he finds. I don’t think it’s stated how many are left or even if any are left, but yeah.
