Been a while since I played no mans sky, but I believe there was a group called the intergalactic hub. They have a whole chunk of space colonized and have thousands of members. There is a subreddit of the same name that has the information on how to get to the cluster, what has and hasn’t been claimed, and some other misc. information. As far as I’m aware, I believe they were starting work on the main planet in the cluster that included building a big city.
