Hello,
Thank you for your report. We are aware of an issue where some characters may be unable to pick up new frames from Ada-1 under some circumstances. In the meantime, affected players can pick up and complete these frames on other characters, or may wait until the weekly reset when new frames will enter Ada-1's inventory.

Bungie there was this bug in my main and neither solution solved, I did the entire questline to release again the forges in another character and this time add all, all the frame, I am being injured by this unacceptable bug.

After reading around the forum , there are a lot of people getting screwed out of weapon frames , powerful gear , and logs. Wasted time and grind . Bungie keeps posting an auto response. This is a huge problem.
