Haven't recieved content within the Dawning's Genesis Bundle
To whom it may concern,
Since I got this game for free, I wanted to put down some money and buy some in game cosmetic items that I thought looked amazing. I was super excited to see that there was a winder event, since Christmas time is my favorite time of the year. I went out and bought a bunch of silver, worked out what would be the best way to get what I loved, bought a some stuff including the "Dawning's Genesis Bundle". To my shock, after opening the bundle, I revived NOTHING. It states that I already own the bundle but when I go into my collections I cannot acquire any of the items listed inside.
Please can anyone help, I can't find it, I have even checked my postmaster and still nothing. Thank you!

2 RepliesHi Toothpicks. Appreciate you reaching out to us about this issue of yours. If you have the Ghost Projection that is included in the bundle, you won't be able to purchase the bundle.
