The album Seer by Swans is pretty good. Swans are an experimental rock band that started back in the eighties. This album was released in 2012 and got a lot of rave reviews at the time. I really like it but be warned it’s not for everyone.

dude nice. yeah, i think i've heard the name Swans come up in conversation before. that was actually a super solid recommendation, though. the first half of the song made me want to dance naked a round a fire, heheheh

Or Beach House are really good as well. Dream pop heavily influenced by My Bloody Valentine.
-
Green Mind by Dinosaur Jr. solid album.

I used to listen to Dinosaur Jr in high school (a long time ago). I haven’t listened to them since the nineties. You’re Living All Over Me was a great album.

I don’t think that’s the official clip. The footage is from Paris Texas which is a movie from the eighties.
