Depends. Only if you can chain multi kills. Kill clip has a bigger damage bonus after 1 kill, and you can control when it activates by when you choose to reload.

I like to have a slower playstyle so prefer kill clip. Bettery synergy with outlaw too as the buff doesnt start until after you reload and you also have full ammo when you start the buff
