There are several pulses with outlaw/rampage that make you tigerspite look like kak. You should just use it to decorate your vault.

My bygones is High Cal / Outlaw / Rampage with range master work. It’s fairly nice. Also have a tiger Outlaw / Kill clip but only used a couple times. Breakneck is my auto choice at the moment but rarely switch the bygones out.

My Bygones has high cal/rampage (no outlaw) and I use it more than my Go Figure with Outlaw/Rampage. Bygones just feels better to me.

Well. Let me go cry in a corner because I'm so sad that a weapon I enjoy isn't top tier and I rarely play pvp. Oh man the tears of sadness

Well use it if it's the best weapon you have right now. Look out for better ones though for sure.

Outlaw / Killclip tiger is a great gun. Decent “all around” in basically any activity. I honestly feel all guns are in a fairly good place right now. Use what you like for sure.

It’s solid in the right spots. I have a Titan build with war rig & primary ammo finder and once she’s rolling it’s super DPS machine. I still like the precision of my bygones though. Just my play style really. If you like autos you’ll love it though. It’s a monster
