I like the fact that no matter where I go, the food stays consistently decent, but more importantly, the service I get is always top notch. I stop in this one in Oklahoma City on my return trip back to Dallas 4 days a week. They all knew me by the 2nd day and they all ask me how I am doing, how my family is doing and they just make me feel like they are happy to see me. Food is always well made, store is clean, everyone is smiling, service is fast no matter how busy, and I appreciate them and tell them so. Yesterday morning, they had a new girl and she was making some mistakes, screwed up a bunch of orders. They did not get mad at her, they walked her through her mistake, I gathered she was reading the screen wrong, and they fixed everyone's food with an apology and a smile. Only 1 person was being an ass and the manager never stopped smiling and being sweet to him. Corrected his order and told him to keep the mistake food. He got an attitude about that. She said if he did not want it, share it with a co-worker or give it to a homeless person, still smiling. Thankfully a cop stepped up and had a chat with him, because I was starting to lose my patience with him and was in my company uniform, which would have been bad for me.....
