So, the early resurrected Guardians (Zavala, Ikora and such) were the ones who built the walls, correct?
Black Armory is such a broken mess full of plotholes. I don't understand the idea of there being a supposed hidden weapons "cult" in the walls of the Last City, housing tons of golden age tech.

I think it is in the tower because no guardian would have guessed to look in their own horns to find a secret group of gunsmiths. Also the city wall has a decent amount of protection, look at the old tower after a cabal missile firing powerful enough to kill a guardian and its ghost. It may be worth mentioning that this area of the wall was empty until now, and the wall isn’t used unless absolutely necessary. The fallen would have taken bannerfall without anyone knowing if it weren’t for us wandering around.

The early Titans built it. I have no idea if Zavala or any other Titans we know participated or not.

In the Zavala trailer it shows Zavala and Ikora helping build the wall. Also Cayde was alive at this time but wasn't present.

That isn't proven canon. I believe it has actually been proven to [b]not[/b] be canon. That or it was retconed to the point of irrelevancy.
