If you played D2 when Warmind came out, did you expect to be able to do Escalation Protocol straight out of the gate?

No I didn't because that was an endgame activity... Before that was a story, a bunch of quests, 2 new strikes and other content you could play to acquire warmind season gear and then grind up to 380 with cool stuff like whisper/sleeper etc. That's fine and that's how it's always been but in this case there is absolutely nothing you can do with black armory until you get to the forge which still is only lowered by 5 light meaning you can't play anything yet. No new strikes, no new story, no quests nothing. All you can do is grind forsaken grindy shit and hope you're at least 600 so it doesn't take you months to play what you paid for.

The Lost Forges are considered as endgame activity, just as EP was for Warmind...

Yes you are correct.. but in warmind as I previously stated there was campaign, strikes, exotics like whisper and sleeper to get BEFORE you play the endgame content being EP. In this update there is literally nothing to play except for the endgame content which is the forge.. how can something be the very first thing you can do in the dlc but also be considered endgame?? Regardless of what you call it the forge is the very first activity and the raid is more endgame..

You might be surprised that the Last Wish raid is no longer considered as true endgame activity based on the power gains from drops (approx +2-3 PL per gear piece, raid challenge yields higher). There's stuff to do to get power up yes but it's nothing new.. do you not understand what I'm saying? Every other dlc had new content related to the dlc to do in order to get power up to play the dlcs endgame activity. The only thing to level up in black armory is the forge and to do that you have to be like 620 which means starting at 600 you have absolutely nothing black armory related to do.. only dreaming city forsaken stuff AND the blind well is broken right now where you never find people in it so yeah no

I do understand what you're saying, but you're not going to be able to play BA unless you do the necessary chores of ol' grinding... Also, this is not exactly a bug, so your post would be a better fit in #feedback.

Yeah obviously you have to grind but every other dlc you grind out content related to the current dlc like Osiris you could do garden world strike you could seek out weapons from it.. warmind you could go grind for sleeper and work up to EP, forsaken you have dreaming city quests and ascendant challenges to grind up to endgame raids.. but here you have nothing to do related to BA and all you can do is grind the old sh-it for weeks until you're powerful enough to do the endgame activity that's also the first activity you can do??? Don't get me wrong I love this game but this dlc is trash. And this is from a 600 guardian anyone who doesn't have a ton of time to spend on this and is below 600 still is so screwed it'll take them months to grind up to be able to do the forge. Also yeah this issue isn't a bug but the issue of blind well not working definitely is a bug so I don't really care that it's in the gameplay section

I get what you're saying and I do agree, especially since I have 3x600 on PS4 and 3x600 on PC... The grind to get Forge ready is real. I have no hope in hell to get raid-ready until maybe end of next week... But, as I said, this would be more appropriate if posted in #feedback, as it's not really a bug.

Yeah I have 3 600s on PSN and have the same problem. I think we're on the same page and yeah like I said this isn't a bug but blind well definitely isn't a bug. I have since posted this same post in the feedback section and a separate post in gameplay for blind well being broken
