Isn't this what killed D2 before Foresaken? And aren't the vast majority of players very happy with having fewer meaningful exotics? Like I thought that the extreme rarity of Exotics is what made D2 great again?

I agree that exotics should be really rare and that makes it so much better when you finally get one but its the duplicates that spoil it. When i hear the noise for an exotic and get excited af to see what i got and just see another wardcliff coil it just feels like a joke.

Having fewer meaningful exotics shouldn't mean they're impossible to obtain.
