New rampage mods that makes it last longer.
I think there may be a new Titan meta with Actium war rig and breakneck if the mods are good.
Add in a Duke 44/Thin line with rampage in there and it’s a gg.

I'm sure that would be fun, but a whole meta? Don't see it. Shotguns (and Telesto) are just too good without any real drawbacks.

I think it’ll all depend on just how much time the mods give. I see Hunters making good use of a rampage Duke with WormHusk helping them get that first kill to proc it. 110s aren’t that bad with range and land shots consistently. Rampage makes them 2 tapping handCANNONS. Auto Rifle might be different. But I see a Titan with Actium getting a kill with either Breakneck or Horror Story and being able to chain a couple of kills with it. This rampage mod might also make some shotguns with rampage even more annoying to deal with.
