Waking vigil not dropping
Has anyone else been having obscenely bad luck when it comes to getting the Waking Vigil from the dreaming city to drop? I've been grinding out the dreaming city legendary reward bounties/quests for the past 2 months and I've gotten everything but that hand cannon. It's the only gun left for me to get my wayfarer title as well
Edit: Finally got it to drop!

1 ReplyI got them from the Blind Well activities and also by making an Offering to the Oracle. Don't give up, it's bound to drop. The gun is a bit slow, but it's extremely powerful and fun to use! Best of luck to you.
