They did it to highlight body shaming.
Which is a good thing ,but there all fit as fck.
I suppose they are not the typical body sizes that feel insecure.
And I can see it as being a great way to gain exposure for both the topic and record sales.

I would understand about them raising awareness about body shaming if they were not releasing a song around that time. They fact they are releasing a song makes the photo shoot stinks of using sex to sell (which shouldn't be promoted to teenage girls who their audience is)

Well it’s killing two birds with one stone. Using sex to sell stuff might not be appropriate but it’s absolutely everywhere.

Yes but my point is that teenage girls see them as role models and what they did promotes sexualising to girls which is actually a contributing factor to society degrading
