It's good, but it's far from unbeatable. It has shit range. Use a pulse or scout, and alternately go in close with a shotty, fusion or sidearm.

"It has shit range" I see this excuse everywhere. Funny how people say this, yet Destiny 2 is known for its extremely close range maps. Nearly 90% of the map roster is CQC. This is why running a shotgun is as easy as dirt. Lets be realistic, Luna's Howl's range stat is not an excuse, people have no problem peeking and rushing in this game. Not to mention, scouts currently do not compete with Luna, or anything for that matter, so that is off the table.

Well, it’s not an excuse. I don’t even have Luna’s. But it’s not unbeatable. A decently rolled Trust can compete for sure. Without magnificent Howl, it’s just a mediocre 180.

This guy is right plus it has low handling. I don't run Luna's to often cuz bygones -blam!-s me up and vice versa. Been liking the claws of the wolf cuz I love 540 pulses like darkest before.
