The Sniper's really good too. I speedran every IB bounty on all characters just to get a specific roll(not including the Masterwork), and even a little more after that. I ended up getting 2 of them with Snapshot and 4 in the mag(it has 3 normally), and one with Opening Shot, while the other has borderline max Range and Rampage. The Rampage one is great when running Code of the Missle Titan or a Warlock, because I can 1-shot to the body with it after getting a Snipe kill and either empower myself or slide over ammo. And how much Resilience someone has won't matter. Whereas with just one damage buff, I can only 1-shot people at very low armor values. It's a little scummy and situational to do, but it's hilarious when it happens. I can definitely agree that the armor isn't the greatest looking, though I do like the Titan Mark.
