Sadly you'll have to start from scratch. Bungie do not offer data transfers from 1 platform to another. Also since destiny was never on pc you are technically not a veteran on that platform.

Why not all 3 :) been in their policy since the start of destiny. As Tuxydoh says, you can always post in feedback in the hopes they will change it
