Looking at your triumphs, I see that you haven't actually redeemed any of them. I'm confused — do they not appear as redeemable or do you not realize you need to redeem them after completing them?

Where do they show up? I didn't realise I had to redeem them..doh

In your character menu, tab over to Triumphs and then click on each triumph badge (badges are something else, but I can't think of another word). They'll have a little marker over them to show that you have triumphs to redeem. Then you just hover over each completed triumph and press X to redeem them.
